Being an extroverted introvert myself, I don’t mind spending time with others (although I prefer spending my time alone). I hardly express my thoughts and usually keep them “in my head”. This blog is basically the little “voice” in my head, I’m trying my best to open up and share little things and experiences in my life and hope to benefit you with what I know.

Spending time alone exercising fell into one of my habits and eventually developed the enthusiasm for fitness and nutrition. Growing up listening to my mom explaining about nutrition, I have grown fond of it. I was fortunate enough to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition with Wellness and found my true passion.
