Following through a fitness plan is just somehow mentally exhausting. Waking up early is a thing and finding the right workout routine is another thing, plus I couldn’t gauge my posture whether if it’s correct. If you’re facing the same problem, fret not, because I’ve found a way to keep myself motivated and should you!
I’m not sure about others, I’m more challenged working out in a group. It helps to push me throughout the session and I know there are no ways for me to slack around ( bcs there are eye balls all around! ) *chuckles*
Recently, I’ve subscribed to ClassPass thanks to my ex-colleagues for introducing me about it. Despite of being motivated working out in a group, I love that it gives me freedom to choose a variety of classes in different locations at my convenience, and you know what, it excites me to try out the latest workout trends in town!

4. Impulse Studio
Impulse training is a one-on-one strength training without weight using Electric Muscle Stimulation (EMS). It burns my muscles even only for 30 minutes. Be ready for the intense soreness on the next few days. Try it out and you’ll know what I meant!
